Yes. the following thresholds apply.
The main services have to pay out the Record Label. Currently, the music distributor has the highest threshold with 75 dollars total (Including all Artist, Sub-labels etc.)
Each Artist on the Record Label needs to pass the 20 dollar threshold before they are getting paid.
Example:
The Record Label has made 100 dollars from 10 Artists. The music distributor will pay out.
Each Artist has only made 10 dollars. The Record Label will not pay out and add their numbers to the next quarter contributing to that quarter.
