Yes, the conditions are

Demo Judgement decides which rejected demos are forwarded for demo help even if the Artist opt-in
Demo help instructions (Tweaks) need to be followed up
Tweaks need to be implemented as quickly as possible
A minimum of 10% of the artist revenue-share will be for the demo helper
Demo help will be conducted as per this agreement
