The conditions are:
- The channel has more than 100.000 subscribers on one account (collectively doesn't count)
- The channel is not a pay-to-upload channel
- The channel send the Record Label an e-mail
Signed Artists have the exclusive option to overrule these conditions and whitelist the parties they request to whitelist.
